Additional Anti-Slip :

We recommend the use of rug hold underlay to prevent rugs from slipping, and the possible transfer of dye onto the floor.

Maintenance :

• Vacuum occasionally. Use suction only as rotating brushes may damage your rug.

• Blot spills with a clean dry cloth immediately, do not rub and do not use detergent.

• Specialist cleaning is recommended.

Wear, Tear & Characteristics :

• Pile distortion and/or pile flattening is a natural characteristic of some fibres, such as chenilles, and this is not an indication of wear.

• Due to the pile or weave, the appearance of a rug may change when viewed from different angles.

• All rugs will age and wear during use.

• Any movement in the pile or pressure marking is normal and should be expected especially in areas of high use. During use, some marks will diminish whilst others may appear.

• We do not recommend the use of after treatments, as these may alter the colour, texture and durability of your rug.

Fading, Light and Heat Exposure : 

All rugs will eventually fade. To reduce natural fading, rugs should be kept out of direct sunlight.

Delivery is 2-4 days subject to stock availability.

Returns :

Returns are available on this product but may be subject to a supplier handling fee. Please contact us in writing within 14 working days from receipt of the product to inform us you would like to return. Once items are received back in original packaging, undamaged and checked we will issue a refund to the same payment method used to place this order.
